We provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in clients' homes throughout King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties . We proudly serve clients of all ages and are seeking nurses who are passionate about delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. This position requires experience caring for clients with tracheostomies and mechanical ventilators .
Pay:
$50.00-$65.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and case assignment. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in clients' homes. Assess, monitor, and document clients' health status. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Perform tracheostomy care, suctioning, airway management, and ventilator monitoring. Respond promptly to changes in a client's condition. Educate clients and family members on care plans and disease management. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with physicians, case managers, therapists, and caregivers. Follow physician orders, agency policies, and all applicable state and federal regulations. Qualifications Current Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license. Current BLS/CPR certification. Trach and ventilator experience is required. Home healthcare or private duty nursing experience is preferred. Excellent communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties.
