Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Critical Care Float Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients across various intensive care and critical care units. The RN must be adaptable and able to work effectively in different clinical settings while maintaining patient safety and quality standards. Roles & Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in ICU, CCU, MICU, SICU, and other critical care units. Assess patients' conditions, monitor vital signs, and identify changes in clinical status. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans. Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and other prescribed treatments. Manage and monitor central lines, arterial lines, drains, catheters, and other critical-care equipment. Monitor patients on mechanical ventilation and assist with respiratory management. Respond quickly to emergencies and participate in code blue and rapid response situations.

Required Skills:

Strong critical-thinking and clinical assessment skills. Ability to prioritize care in a fast-paced critical-care environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to recognize and respond to patient deterioration. Proficiency in medication administration and IV therapy. Requirements Active RN WA or Compact License 2 years of ICU experience
