Key Responsibilities:

Perform detailed annual risk assessments for Medicare Advantage members in their homes Review prior and current medical history, ongoing conditions, and documented medications Deliver patient education about health conditions and prescribed medications Identify and document care gaps, with recommendations for ongoing management No requirement for creating treatment plans or prescribing medications

Qualifications:

Active Nurse Practitioner license in Washington State Current CPR certification (BLS) Board certification via AANP or ANCC At least six months of experience as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution Enjoy earning $80$90 for each completed evaluation, with additional stipends for mileage and administrative time.
