RNs choose when and where they work, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care, administering medications, monitoring patient status, documenting in EHRs, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. You'll uphold infection control and safety standards, educate patients and families, and adapt quickly to new settings-ideal for experienced nurses seeking flexible, tech-enabled work options.
