Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Aesthetic Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality aesthetic treatments and patient care, ensuring a positive experience for all patients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for the specialty field of aesthetics and demonstrate excellent patient management skills. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine appropriate aesthetic treatments. Administer Botulinum toxin and other aesthetic procedures with precision and care per the needs of the practice. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of all patient interactions and treatments. Provide education to patients regarding treatment options, expected outcomes, and aftercare instructions. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and satisfaction. Monitor patients for any adverse reactions or complications post-treatment. Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in aesthetic medicine to enhance service offerings. Participate in utilization reviews to ensure compliance with best practices in patient care. Requirements Current and unencumbered Wisconsin registered nurse license with relevant certification in aesthetics preferred. Demonstrated personal investment in medical aesthetics education. Strong knowledge of medical records management and documentation practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism. $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
