A Registered Nurse provides medical care and treatment, educates patients about their conditions, and provides emotional support to patients and families. Works in hospitals, schools, clinics or community health centers. Works under the supervision of a physician or other specialist, and serves as the primary point of care for patients in a hospital setting. May specialize in emergency room work, or treatment for a particular condition, or specialize in working with infants, the elderly or other patient groups. May work as an advanced practice specialists and prescribe medications in addition to offering specialty care.

Monitor and ensure all clinical staff maintain up-to-date professional credentials and complete required continuing education hours per state regulations.
Onboarding & New Hire Training:
Facilitate comprehensive orientation and clinical training programs for new staff to ensure smooth transitions into their roles.
Safety & Best Practices Education:
Deliver instruction on patient safety protocols, standard precautions, and clinical best practices across assigned services.
Needs Assessment & Collaboration:
Partner with nurse managers and clinical staff to track required competencies and address ongoing learning gaps.
Record Keeping & Compliance Reporting:
Maintain detailed tracking logs of all completed educational activities, safety trainings, and staff certifications to ensure audit readiness. What minimum qualifications you'll need: Licensure / Certification /

Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Educator specializing in Childbirth preferred.
Education:
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire. What additional requirements you'll need:
Long-Term Care Experience:
2+ years of clinical RN experience in LTC, Skilled Nursing (SNF), or Assisted Living, with strong knowledge of LTC state regulations.
Leadership Background:
Prior experience as a Charge Nurse, Supervisor, Clinical Lead, or Unit Manager overseeing staff compliance.
Onboarding Skills:
Direct experience leading preceptor programs and managing new-hire clinical orientation. Life at
