Qualifications:
Current and unencumbered RN license Minimum of 1 year of recent Med Surg nursing experience BLS certification (required) Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient-centered care
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the medical-surgical unit Assess patient conditions and implement effective care plans Administer medications and monitor patient progress Provide education and support to patients and their families Document patient information and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team Respond swiftly to changes in patient status and emergencies
