Required Qualifications and Experience:

Valid and unrestricted RN license Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in an Emergency Room setting Current BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS preferred Strong assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure in high-acuity situations Proficiency in electronic health record documentation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

Triage and assess patients presenting to the ER, prioritizing care based on acuity Deliver direct patient care including medication administration, IV therapy, wound care, and monitoring vital signs Rapidly respond to emergent situations such as cardiac arrest, trauma, or respiratory failure Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans Educate patients and their families on relevant treatments and interventions Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all care provided
