We are seeking an experienced RN - Telemetry with a minimum of 2 years of clinical expertise.

Key responsibilities include:

Administering medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient responses. Coordinating patient care activities with physicians and clinical team members. Performing focused reassessments and escalating concerns through appropriate channels. Documenting assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately in medical records.

Qualifications and skills:

At least 2 years of relevant nursing experience. Strong clinical assessment and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.
