$44.63/ hr.

SCHEDULE

To be officially discussed and determined between provider and managing party.

Seeking the following day shifts:

o Monday•Friday•occasional: 8am-8pm Seeking the following night shifts: o Monday•

Thursday:

8pm-8am o

Sunday:

8pm-8am

JOB DUTIES

Provide care in client's home. Comfortable with transfers utilizing a ceiling lift. Comfortable with providing safe and effective tracheostomy care; including suctioning and ventilator. Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to include toileting, bathing, dressing, and administering medications. Ability to engage with clients while providing safety and companionship.

QUALIFICATIONS
