Job Description

We are looking for an 8-hour Warrior for the Pines Acute and Memory Care. The Pines Post Acute & Memory Care is a 50-bed Nursing Facility focusing on Short Term Rehabilitation and Memory Care nestled among 17 acres of beautiful country in Clintonville, WI. We are committed to a Culture of Caring, not only for the residents we serve but for our valued employees as well. Job Responsibilities:
Medication administration Evaluation of long term care and rehab residents Applying treatments necessary to meet the needs of residents Observing residents and appropriately documenting Ability to care for residents in a manner that is: patient and respectful regardless of residents cooperation Follow safety guidelines
MUST:
be capable of maintaining regular attendance Requires ability to lift at least 25 pounds Safely utilize equipment Participate in emergency fire or disaster drills Follow universal safety precaution Skills MUST have an RN license for 1+years Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures Excellent knowledge of emergency care In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Responsible and compassionate Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills Patient with excellent problem-solving skills BS or other diploma from a nursing program 1625 E Main Street, Clintonville, WI 54929 Our facility follows the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services' COVID-19 vaccination requirement. The regulation requires all facility employees and contractors to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or to be granted an exemption based on an approved request for a medical or religious exemption.
