Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment; flexible scheduling dependent on facility needs
Qualifications:
Current and valid RN license At least one year of recent acute care experience in a medical-surgical setting Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills BLS certification (additional certifications may be preferred) Adaptability and excellent communication abilities Experience with electronic health records is advantageous
Responsibilities:
Deliver compassionate, comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with a range of medical and surgical needs Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans Monitor patient conditions and respond proactively to changes in status Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in line with facility standards
