We are looking for an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our team. The ideal candidate is confident in their clinical skills, passionate about aesthetics, committed to patient safety, and excited to grow alongside an established and expanding practice. What We're Looking For Current Wisconsin license as an RN, NP, PA, or other appropriately licensed medical provider Minimum of 3 years of aesthetic injecting experience Experience performing aesthetic injectable treatments and consultations Strong understanding of facial anatomy, product selection, injection techniques, and patient safety Located in or near the De Pere/Green Bay area Ability to work 2-3 days per week to start Flexibility for occasional evening appointments is preferred Availability to work one weekend day per month is a plus Strong communication and patient education skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Passionate about continued education and staying current within the aesthetics industry Comfortable building and maintaining long-term patient relationships Responsibilities Perform aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and anatomy Provide injectable treatments with an emphasis on safety, precision, and natural-looking results Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, and appropriate aftercare Recommend complementary treatments and skincare when clinically appropriate Maintain accurate patient charts, treatment documentation, and required photography Follow Genesis by Janelle protocols, safety standards, and applicable scope-of-practice requirements Provide an exceptional patient experience from consultation through follow-up Build strong, lasting relationships with patients Participate in ongoing education, training, and professional development Collaborate with the Genesis team to support a positive and professional work environment Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment space What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications Part-time schedule with potential for additional hours as patient volume grows Flexible scheduling Employee discounts Ongoing education and professional development opportunities Supportive, collaborative team environment Opportunity to grow with an expanding aesthetic practice Opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of our injectable services A practice culture that values patient care, education, teamwork, and professional growth The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who wants more than simply a place to inject.
