Job Summary We are seeking 3 compassionate and dedicated Hospice RNs to provide high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring comfort and dignity during their end-of-life journey. This role requires a deep understanding of patient needs, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary teams.

2 per year depending on length of agreement •This role would primarily be at a men's residence in De Pere, WI but would also at times float into community to see patients as needed. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in hospice settings, focusing on pain management and symptom control. Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Provide education and support to patients' families regarding care options, disease processes, and coping strategies. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor vital signs and assess changes in patient conditions, documenting findings accurately. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in hospice care. Requirements Current Wisconsin RN license. Strong knowledge of physiology and internal medicine principles. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

From $1,638.00 per week
