36 hours/week, staff employment, with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000, student loan forgiveness up to $20,000, tuition assistance up to $7,200, and $5,000 referral bonus. Requires 1+ year Med Surg RN experience, valid RN license, BLS certification, and completion of an accredited nursing program. Float nurses work across multiple hospital sites, gaining diverse experience, with flexible scheduling, no on-call, and minimal holidays.
