Role:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Greendale Park Nursing & Rehab, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assessing and evaluating patient needs , developing and implementing personalized care plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure excellent outcomes. Delivering exceptional patient care , providing emotional support, and promoting a positive and respectful environment for our residents. Maintaining accurate and detailed records , documenting patient progress, and communicating effectively with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals. Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Wisconsin Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
