FTE Where You Will Work:
Greenfield, WI, United States 54 bed unit over two floors 1 floor is procedural (Pain, GI, IR) 1 floor is OR (ENT, Ortho, Peds, General, Urology Podiatry, GYN, & plastics)Patients are prepped and recovered in same room 8 OR rooms 4 GI suites 2 pain suites 2 IR suites
We're Looking For:
Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association One year surgical experience (circulator)
What You'll Do:
As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum. Circulator role includes - time outs, positioning of patient, maintains sterile and safe environment, prepares the OR with necessary supplies, checks for inventory, and documents all aspects of the procedure About this Location We are the largest freestanding surgery center in the area with the only freestanding IR in Wisconsin On top of that we are ranked the number 1 for patient satisfaction scores in the region Ready to Take the
