Clinical Leadership:

Lead the shift nursing team, directing LPNs and CNAs to foster a culture of accountability.

Patient Oversight & Intervention:

Act as the primary clinical authority on your unit—identifying subtle clinical shifts and managing rapid-response interventions.

Licensure:

Experience:
