This ongoing RN Med Surg position in Hartford, Wisconsin involves 36 hours/week evening shifts. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, planning and implementing individualized care, recognizing and responding to changes, and coordinating discharge planning. Provides safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care, promotes safety, and supports quality improvement initiatives. Maintains effective communication, team collaboration, and leadership, delegating appropriately. Ensures compliance with standards, participates in professional development, and adheres to age-specific care principles. Requires RN license, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of clinical experience. Must demonstrate strong clinical, communication, organizational, and critical decision-making skills.
