0 Job Highlights Casual position with no regular schedule Competitive pay range of $38.01to $57.29 per hour, based on experience Casual incentive pay Provide compassionate medical-surgical nursing care in a rural hospital setting Must have a valid Wisconsin RN license, BLS, and ACLS About this role Join Emplify Health by Gundersen Hillsboro as a Med/Surg RN and help provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families in our medical-surgical unit. In this casual role, you will work with a collaborative care team in a supportive rural hospital environment where your clinical judgment, compassion, and teamwork make a meaningful difference every day. This position reflects our mission of empathy amplified by delivering safe, respectful, and excellent care close to home. Key responsibilities Collaborate with patients, families, and the care team to develop and implement patient-centered plans of care. Provide competent nursing care and education based on patient acuity and clinical judgment. Document assessments, interventions, patient responses, and plan-of-care updates accurately and timely. Participate in quality improvement, evidence-based practice, shared governance, and ongoing learning. Support education of nursing colleagues and students.
