Scheduled Weekly Hours:

Urology Clinic Location:
Main Clinic, 3rd Floor |
La Crosse, WI FTE:
0.9 (72 hours per two weeks)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | No evenings, weekends, holidays, or on-call
Starting Pay:
$30.46/hour (higher based on experience) About the Role Join our growing Urology Clinic team and enjoy a specialty position that offers variety, collaboration, and the chance to work at the top of your scope. As an RN, you'll provide a mix of patient education, nurse-only visits, and phone triage support while working with a fun, supportive team. You'll collaborate with multiple departments to deliver exceptional care for patients with complex needs. What You'll Do Conduct nurse-only visits for pre-op and post-op care, including wound care and catheter placement/changes Manage phone triage and in-basket messaging Provide extensive patient and family education Perform hands-on care, including device placement checks and catheter care Work at the top of your scope with complex patients and upcoming conscious sedation plans Collaborate with departments including Internal Medicine, Interventional Radiology, Wound Center, Family Medicine, General Surgery, and the Cancer Center Why Join Us?

What We're Looking For Must Have:
Active RN license in Wisconsin Associate Degree in Nursing (minimum) Basic Life Support (BLS) for
Healthcare Providers Preferred:
