$2535.00 Pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team committed to your success What You'll Do Provide hospital-based obstetric and gynecologic care, focusing on labor and delivery Manage routine labor, delivery, and postpartum care Perform cesarean sections and vaginal deliveries Conduct emergency gynecological consultations as needed Support less high-risk obstetric cases; transfer out for pregnancies under 36 weeks where needed Collaborate with support staff in a dynamic clinical environment Support approximately 500-600 births annually What You Need MD or DO with active medical license (IMLC accepted) ValidBLS, ACLS, NRP
certifications 1-2 years of experience preferred in obstetrics/gynecology, including labor and delivery management Ability to support multiple sites including Monroe, Baraboo, Janesville, Madison (Preference for willingness to float) Strong clinical skills in routine labor management, cesarean, vaginal deliveries, postpartum rounding, emergency gynecologic consults About the Assignment Join a reputable facility in Monroe, Wisconsin, dedicated to providing excellent obstetric and gynecologic care. The assignment includes a mix of on-call shifts, offering flexibility within a supportive hospital environment. Credentialing is expected within 60 days, and licensed providers will enjoy a consistent schedule through November 2027.
