As an MS Stroke Stepdown Nurse at Trusted Health, you'll provide specialized, evidence-based care to adult stroke patients transitioning from ICU-level care. Working in a fast-paced stepdown environment, you'll conduct focused neuro assessments, monitor telemetry, manage IV medications, and rapidly respond to changes in patient status. You'll collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and case managers to create and execute individualized care plans that support optimal recovery and safe discharge.
