Schedule/Hours:
13-week assignment starting 6/2, including orientation 12-hour night shifts (NOCs) Every other weekend and holiday required 36 guaranteed hours per week, except during orientation or certain holidays Role highlights: This ICU role features a dynamic 10-bed unit within a high-acuity environment. You'll work alongside talented clinicians, experiencing varied case types with a focus on resilience and adaptability. Floating to partner facilities broadens your exposure, further strengthening your clinical expertise and adaptability—a fantastic boost for your professional journey.
Qualifications:
Valid WI RN license BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (attach upon application) Minimum of 3 years' ICU experience At least 1 completed travel nursing contract Recent Epic charting experience (within the last 12 months) Hardworking, resilient, adaptable, and socially skilled Covid-19 vaccine required unless exemption applies Key responsibilities: Provide high-quality, patient-centered ICU care Float to Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital and Mukwonago as facility needs require Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams Maintain thorough, up-to-date charting in Epic Demonstrate strong adaptability in a changing environment Enjoy meaningful travel perks, including tax-advantaged stipends, travel assistance, premium compensation, comprehensive healthcare coverage, a robust 401(k) plan, and job security to support your career growth and peace of mind.
