In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing and Nurse Managers to deliver high-quality care that enhances the lives of our residents. What sets our level of care apart? Key Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments Monitor and assess residents' vital signs and overall health Provide direct nursing care and support Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care teams Ensure compliance with care standards and regulations Available Shifts 12-hour shifts 7:00 AM
• 7:00 PM 7:00 PM
• 7:00 AM Weekend and shift differentials available Qualifications Active Wisconsin RN license Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Passion for working with the aging population Excellent communication abilities Willingness to work rotating weekends Why Join Us?
