Aesthetic RN Injector - Part-Time Reneu Health | Oconomowoc, Wisconsin Part-Time | Approximately 2 Days per Week About Reneu Health Reneu Health is seeking an energetic, personable, and skilled Registered Nurse Aesthetic Injector to join our established medical aesthetic and wellness practice in beautiful Oconomowoc, in the heart of Lake Country. Reneu Health has served the Lake Country community for many years and is one of the area's longest-established medical aesthetic and wellness practices. We have built a loyal client base and strong reputation through personalized care, medical expertise, and an elevated client experience. We are entering an exciting new chapter of growth and are looking for an RN injector who wants to grow with us while building meaningful, long-term relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate:

Holds an active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license Has approximately 1+ year of aesthetic injecting experience preferred Has experience with or a strong interest in injectable aesthetics Has exceptional customer service and communication skills Has a natural ability to connect with clients and build lasting relationships Is warm, personable, energetic, and professional Takes time to listen to clients and understand their aesthetic goals Values natural, individualized results rather than a one-size-fits-all approach Is comfortable educating clients and making thoughtful treatment recommendations Is motivated to build and maintain a loyal client base Is dependable, collaborative, and eager to contribute to the growth of the practice Is committed to continued education and professional development Training and continued education are available for the right candidate. We are willing to invest in someone who has a strong foundation, excellent clinical judgment, a great personality, and the desire to continue developing their aesthetic skills. Position Responsibilities Perform aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans Administer neurotoxins and dermal fillers within training, competency, scope of practice, and practice protocols Educate clients on treatment options, expectations, aftercare, and maintenance Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and follow-up Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation Take appropriate before-and-after photography Participate in ongoing injectable and aesthetic training Stay current on aesthetic techniques, products, safety standards, and industry developments Collaborate with other members of the Reneu medical and aesthetic team Recommend complementary aesthetic and wellness services when appropriate Participate in practice events, promotions, and client education Help grow the injectable practice through excellent outcomes, client retention, referrals, and relationship building The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for an RN injector who wants to work approximately two days per week in an established practice with an existing client base and significant opportunity for growth.
