Join ProHealth Medical Group's specialty clinic team supporting Weight Management & Metabolic Bariatric Surgery, Bone Health, and Men's & Women's Health services at our West Wood Health & Fitness location. Schedule Monday

  • No major holidays Why You'll Love This Role This position offers the opportunity to work closely with patients throughout their healthcare journey in a supportive outpatient environment.
You'll collaborate with providers and fellow clinical team members while helping patients achieve their health goals through education, coordination, and compassionate care. What You'll Do Provide nursing support within specialty clinic services
  • Triage patient questions and clinical concerns
  • Coordinate care and communicate with patients regarding treatment plans
  • Deliver patient education and reinforce provider recommendations
