1 Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced Home Health RN requiring HCHB proficiency and OASIS experience for a Monday-Friday day shift assignment. Details Adult Home Health setting Territory-based caseload in Rhinelander, WI Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM No weekends, no call, and no overtime required On-call rotation may be required; details to be discussed during interview Travel pairs accepted, with each traveler assigned to their own territory Requirements Active WI or Compact RN license required in-hand at time of consideration Current BLS certification required Minimum of 12 months Home Health experience within the past 3 years required HCHB (Homecare Homebase) proficiency required OASIS experience required for completing Start of Care (SOC) visits Active driver's license and personal transportation required No first-time travelers considered Additional Information Responsibilities include admission assessments, discharge planning, recertification, resumption of care, and routine visits Skilled in wound care, integumentary care, and medication administration and management Experience with pain assessment and management using verbal and nonverbal pain scales Proficient in medication administration via intramuscular, intravenous, and subcutaneous routes IV starting and maintenance, phlebotomy, and infection control precautions required Monday orientation includes billable training modules Requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of application Former permanent employees must be separated for a minimum of 6 months and approved by HR before returning as a traveler
