Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients in the Emergency Room setting. Assess, triage, and monitor patients, quickly identifying changes in condition or acuity. Implement physician orders accurately and promptly. Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions. Communicate effectively with physicians, healthcare team members, and support staff. Maintain up-to-date patient records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Respond efficiently to emergencies and code situations.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

Active RN license in good standing. Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience. BLS and ACLS certifications (additional certifications such as PALS or TNCC are an asset). Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational abilities. Capable of adapting to fast-paced, rapidly changing environments.
