Anovia Health, a physician-led, independent, Wisconsin-based primary care provider, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to be an integral part of our Stevens Point care team. Here, you will be part of a team overseen by a physician, and/or advanced practice clinician in providing high-quality care for patients from birth to age 64. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient lives while contributing to an innovative, growing practice. Who We're Looking For Licensed RN with solid clinical experience Patient-focused and comfortable building strong, ongoing relationships Confident working in a small, collaborative care team Self-directed and dependable, with good clinical judgment Certified and proficient in phlebotomy Interested in practicing in a setting that prioritizes quality and efficiency over volume Why You'll Love This Role More time with patients without focusing on volume A calm, organized clinic environment with realistic expectations Close collaboration with physicians and advanced practice clinicians Flexibility in scheduling, with some variation in clinic hours/days Opportunities to grow in responsibility, leadership, and compensation A supportive culture that values accountability, ownership, and teamwork What You'll Do Provide hands-on clinical support in a primary care setting Perform phlebotomy and other clinical procedures confidently and competently Support daily clinic operations to ensure smooth, efficient patient flow Collaborate closely with physicians and advanced practice clinicians to deliver coordinated care Help lead and support clinical and administrative processes that enhance the patient experience Identify opportunities to improve workflows and contribute ideas that make the clinic better About Anovia Health Anovia Health is an independent direct primary care organization reintroducing how primary care is delivered across Wisconsin. Pay:
$34.00 - $40.00 per hour
