This is an opportunity to join a new medical spa on day one and influence the offerings and atmosphere of the operation. Hours will grow with volume. In this role, you will deliver safe, effective, and personalized injectable treatments, including botulinum toxin (Botox) and dermal fillers, laser skin resurfacing, and RF microneedling to help clients achieve their aesthetic goals. Your expertise enhances our clients' confidence and satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and patient care. Duties Administer Botox, dermal fillers, and other aesthetics treatments with precision and care, ensuring optimal results and client safety Conduct comprehensive consultations to understand clients' aesthetic desires and provide expert recommendations on suitable treatments Maintain strict sanitation protocols and adhere to all health regulations during procedures Educate clients about post-treatment care, potential side effects, and product options to foster informed decision-making Qualifications Wisconsin RN license in good standing Experience working in the beauty industry or medical spa environment with a focus on aesthetic treatments is a plus Certification in injection administration for botulinum toxin (Botox) and dermal fillers from accredited programs is a plus. Training will be available for selected candidates without certifications.
