AM Experience:
12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months. 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience. 3 months of travel experience is required. 3 months of Epic experience is required. BSN completion preferred.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required after submission). This role may require floating to additional units and locations Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. 6 months gap required between for Staff at

•An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.
•For any RN role: if a candidate has NP licensure, ThedaCare will only consider them for an NP role, not a lower position.

Float to ED for helping hands (as needed) and float to TC Oshkosh. Traveler also must be open to float to all Thedacare Facilities (up to a 60 mile radius), as needed. 9 days maximum time off 1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 3 years 1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months Proof of identification required
