3 days/week, 12 hrs/day, 36 hrs/week, Every other weekend required, Float as needed, No on-call requiredSchedule Notes:

Medical/Surgical /Inpatient Hospital Required Skills & Experience:
Excellent customer service skills Critical thinking skills Strong communication skills Organizational skills Professional knowledge of nursing theory and nursing practice Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in an inpatient environmentPreferred Skills & Experience:
Minimum 1 year of Medical/Surgical nursing experience preferredEducation:
Associate's Degree in Nursing required Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferredRequired Certifications & Licensure:
Current Wisconsin RN License or Multi-State Nursing License from a participating Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Provider or AHA-approved equivalentJob Summary:
Provides nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient Medical/Surgical environment Demonstrates competency in care delivery for primarily adult patient populations followingANA Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice Duties:
