Week Pay Period Every Other Weekend & Holiday Rotation Required Starting Wage:
$22.20/hour Lakeview Health Center is seeking compassionate and motivated Nurse Technicians to join our Long Term Care team. This role is ideal for nursing students who want meaningful hands on experience while contributing to exceptional resident care. About the Role As a Nurse Technician, you will work under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide high quality, person centered care. You'll support daily clinical tasks, assist with medications and treatments, and help ensure the safety, dignity, and wellbeing of our residents. What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care under RN supervision Assist with individualized care plans Communicate resident needs and observations to the RN Follow safety, infection control, and resident rights standards Support a respectful, collaborative, and service focused environment What We're Looking For Current nursing student (RN or LPN track) with completed pharmacology/medication administration course OR graduate nurse awaiting licensure retake Active CNA on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry Ability to maintain passing grades in nursing courses Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and excellent service Ability to meet physical requirements of the role Why Join Us Supportive RN supervision and mentorship Real world clinical experience in long term care A workplace culture built on respect, integrity, and teamwork The opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day If you are dedicated to caring for others and eager to grow your nursing skills, we encourage you to apply and become part of our mission driven team.
