Your Schedule at a Glance Enjoy a structured rotating schedule with 12-hour shifts and every other weekend built into the rotation.

Monday-Friday:

8:00 AM - 8:30

PM Saturday-Sunday:

6:00 AM - 6:30

PM Rotation:

Includes every other weekend Sign-On & Retention Bonuses Available! What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care in a secure correctional healthcare setting. Conduct nursing assessments, evaluate patient conditions, and recognize changes requiring intervention. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols. Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans based on patient needs. Collaborate with healthcare providers and team members to coordinate patient care. Respond to medical concerns and emergencies with sound clinical judgment and professionalism. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and medical records. Promote a safe, respectful, and patient-focused healthcare environment. What You Bring Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin. Current CPR certification. Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a healthcare team. A compassionate, professional approach to patient care. Correctional healthcare experience is welcome but not required .
