Job Overview We are seeking an AM Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in residents lives through skilled nursing practices and collaborative teamwork. Responsibilities Perform thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and health histories to determine individual needs. Administer medications and injections accurately. Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems meticulously and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Assist with diagnostic evaluations such as laboratory specimen collection. Qualifications Valid RN license in the state of WI. Familiarity with infection control practices and HIPAA compliance standards.
