Job Description

Job Overview Opening for full time or part-time nurse AM and PM shifts. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in residents lives through skilled nursing practices and collaborative teamwork. Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews to inform personalized care plans. Administer medications and treatments accurately. Collaborate with physicians to coordinate diagnostic evaluations and treatment strategies. Educate residents and families on health management topics including medication administration, nutrition, discharge planning, and chronic disease management. Skills Proven experience working with diverse populations including geriatric patients, individuals with disabilities, or those requiring specialized dementia or memory care. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment. Excellent caregiver communication skills paired with a thorough understanding of infection control practices and long-term care regulations.
