We're seeking a dependable, compassionate Registered Nurse to provide overnight care for residents receiving short-term rehabilitation and long-term nursing services. You'll help guide individualized care while building relationships with the people who depend on it. Working within your licensed scope of practice and facility procedures, you'll:

• Assess residents' health needs and monitor changes in condition.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Respond to changes in residents' conditions and coordinate with providers and the care team.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to support safe, consistent care throughout the shift.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Follow infection-control and resident safety procedures.
