•LPN/LVN License in WV/Compact.
2+ years of LPN Med Surg experience.
BLS (AHA)
Job Description
2 plus yrs current experience, hospital experience requried
•1:6 ratios; Meditech EMR.
Must have AHA BLS; WV or compact LPN license.
Float required within scope of practice; every other weekend required.
Blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated.
