A Registered Nurse provides medical care and treatment, educates patients about their conditions, and provides emotional support to patients and families. Works in hospitals, schools, clinics or community health centers. Works under the supervision of a physician or other specialist, and serves as the primary point of care for patients in a hospital setting. May specialize in emergency room work, or treatment for a particular condition, or specialize in working with infants, the elderly or other patient groups. May work as an advanced practice specialists and prescribe medications in addition to offering specialty care.

Role:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) LPNs at Season's Place play a critical role in maintaining the overall health and well-being of our residents. You will be responsible for medication management, monitoring health status, communicating with families and healthcare professionals, ensuring state regulatory compliance, and leading care teams with compassion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Medication administration and documentation Fall prevention and skin integrity management Incident reporting and infection monitoring Completion of state-required assessments and wellness visits Coordination with physicians, families, and outside support services Training and supervision of care team members Adherence to Inspirit's philosophy and care standards Emergency first aid and response Respect for resident privacy and confidentiality
