Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

Active, unrestricted RN license At least 1 year of recent home health RN experience Demonstrable OASIS documentation proficiency HomeCare HomeBase software experience strongly preferred Ability to manage structured schedules and daily visit volumes independently Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
