Hampshire Center, a Genesis HealthCare skilled nursing and rehab facility, seeks a compassionate Graduate Nurse to provide hands-on care to residents under RN supervision. In this role, you'll assist with assessments, treatments, and medication administration per scope, monitor vital signs and changes in condition, and document care accurately in the EMR. You'll collaborate with RNs, LPNs, CNAs, rehab, and therapy staff to support individualized care plans that promote comfort, recovery, and dignity.
