Requirements:
2 years of experience as a RN (Registered Nurse) Qualified applicants MUST have at least 2 years years of experience in ICU/Critical Care Qualified applicants MUST have BLS and ACLS Qualified applicants MUST have ICU experience with CRRT and IABP; Impella preferred

Responsibilities:
As a healthcare professional in a clinical facility, deliver ICU nursing care for critically ill patients with complex needs including sepsis, Acute MI, renal patients, post vascular procedures, and neuro events (strokes/TIA/seizures) while managing invasive and non-invasive hemodynamic monitoring. Provide safe bedside care with frequent titration of critical drips (Levophed, Cardizem, Amiodarone, Heparin, Insulin) and support advanced respiratory/ventilator management (BiPAP/CPAP, mechanical ventilation via ET and trach) while maintaining appropriate ICU ratios (1:2; sometimes 1:3). Demonstrate ICU proficiency with CRRT and intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) experience (Impella preferred), interpret telemetry/ECG strips, administer specialty therapies, and support common ICU workflows including titration of vasopressors/sedation and care for patients boarding from ED as needed. to take the next step in your journey.
