Schedule/Hours:
Travel position with variable shifts based on staffing needs
Key Qualifications:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of one year of recent Operating Room nursing experience BLS certification required; ACLS preferred Strong critical thinking and organizational skills Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities Adaptability to fast-paced OR environments
Responsibilities:
Circulate and/or scrub for a variety of surgical procedures Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care throughout the perioperative process Ensure patient safety and surgical asepsis at all times Collaborate with the surgical team and other healthcare professionals Accurately document patient information and procedural details Provide compassionate support to patients and families before and after surgery
