Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
The Patient Registrar gathers pertinent information to pre-register and register patients for services at the hospital (Ancillary procedures, Clinics, Inpatient / OB admits, Surgery, etc.); accepts payment or arranges for payment on accounts upon patient discharge; performs clerical support for the Patient Access Services as well as Patient Financial Services, and performs receptionist duties for the hospital.
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or GED required.
