Job Overview Recover Now is seeking a dedicated and experienced Admissions Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the admissions process for individuals seeking substance use and mental health treatment. This position requires a strong understanding of behavioral healthcare admissions and a commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality support to individuals and families seeking help. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound phone calls, chats, and web form submissions from potential clients, loved ones, and referring professionals. Guide prospective clients through the admissions process from initial inquiry through admission, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience. Provide accurate information about treatment options, the admissions process, and recovery services. Complete comprehensive pre-assessments with prospective clients. Determine treatment eligibility based on clinical criteria, insurance benefits, and collaboration with the clinical team. Verify insurance benefits using VerifyTX and communicate financial responsibility to prospective clients. Discuss patient financial obligations and negotiate payment arrangements when appropriate. Utilize Salesforce, Call Tracking Metrics (CTM), and VerifyTX to document inquiries, manage leads, and maintain accurate records. Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA and all applicable regulations. Additional Responsibilities Be available during active advertising campaign hours to answer inbound admissions inquiries. Follow up promptly with prospective clients, family members, and referral sources. Provide after-hours, evening, and weekend follow-up when necessary, particularly for clients scheduled to admit or traveling to treatment. Collaborate with clinical, business development, and operations teams to ensure a smooth admissions experience. Required Qualifications Minimum of one year of admissions experience within the behavioral health, substance use, or mental health treatment industry. Proficiency with Salesforce, Call Tracking Metrics (CTM), and VerifyTX. Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills. Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and professional in high-pressure situations. Working knowledge of insurance verification, utilization review, and behavioral healthcare admissions. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospective clients simultaneously. High level of integrity and commitment to protecting confidential information. Compensation This is a full-time salaried position. Compensation is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications.
