Job Description
Overview The Patient Care Aide is responsible for assisting in the care of patients under the direction of an RN and LPN. Responsibilities
- Observe professional ethics in maintaining confidential information acquired regarding personal, financial, medical or employment of patients, families and employees.
- Demonstrate the ability to do Vital signs and document.
- Assist with total patient care and assists with activities of daily living.
- Properly utilize PPE, infection control practices, and proper lifting techniques with proper body mechanics without causing injury to patient, self, or others.
- Communicates with the RN or LPN on all aspects of patient care. Qualifications
