Job Description
The Registrar (Float) will register patients as they present to the facility for testing or admission with or without having been pre-registered. This position will work closely with the infusion center and float to other departments as needed to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed correctly, and all insurance verification / information is obtained and documented. Responsibilities include data entry of patient information, collection of applicable deductibles, coinsurance, and copayments due from patient at time of service is required. They must possess respectable phone etiquette, patient response verbiage, and patient satisfaction. High school diploma or GED equivalency is required.
