Job Description

Infinity Care Solutions, a national mail order, compounding, and specialty pharmacy, is in search of full-time Patient Care Coordinators for its Specialty department. As a member of the ARcare Health Network and its 90,000 patients, Infinity's mission is to assist these patients throughout Arkansas with their medication needs, in turn helping ARcare fulfill its mission as a not-for-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). Pay rate based on level of experience and time in the industry.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Contact patients via phone concerning new and refill prescriptions. Answer incoming calls from patients and triage if necessary. Answer incoming calls from patients, caregivers, and providers regarding prescribed therapy.
SKILLS:
High School Diploma or GED. Registered with the Arkansas Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician. If not already registered, must obtain registration within 60 days of hire. Prior experience as a Pharmacy Technician preferred. Bilingual preferred. Positive, upbeat personality. Caring, patient-centered attitude. Self motivated and quick learner Must pass background and drug screening Must be able to work 9am-6pm Monday through Friday.
