Summary:
The Office Representative is responsible for greeting and checking patients in, answering the telephone, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate patient records and filing, checking patients out, collecting payments, managing incoming patient referrals, and performing other related duties as assigned.
Other information:
HS Diploma and/or GED Equivalent Previous clinic experience preferred. Excellent customer service/interpersonal communication skills. Minimal typing skills (35-40 wpm) This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
